1. Check macOS 14+. The package supports Apple Silicon and Intel. Download the ZIP and receipt, verify the hash, extract and copy the app to Applications. Check its version. If Gatekeeper refuses it, stop with the exact error; do not remove quarantine, bypass the check or re-sign the app.
2. Version0.1.0 (3) needs one manual replacement after quitting the old app. On 0.1.1 (4)/(5), close Settings and use the app-menu Check for Updates command. From version 6, use Settings → Updates → Check for Updates. I explicitly confirm installation/restart. Automatic checks are optional and off initially. Version 8 was not released.
3. Check Python 3.9+ and FFmpeg/ffprobe. Install missing tools only from trusted sources; prefer Python.org's macOS installer. Full Xcode and provider API keys are unnecessary. Do not create credentials or paid services.
4. I sign in with my authorized producer account and enter any email code/password directly in the app. Do not read or request them in chat. Use Sign in → Create or reset password if needed.
5. Let me choose a customer folder on the external disk. Do not delete, format or move existing files. A disconnected disk must not silently switch to internal storage. Do not enable additional customer sharing.
6. Check the inbox. Take next task reserves the server-selected task; Start editing records the actual start. Reconfirm the same reservation if its acknowledgement is uncertain. Download the frozen submission into its film folder. Configure Connect AI with this Mac's disk path if needed, without sharing login credentials with the model.

Build 11 clarifies current instructions, next actions and delivery status, and improves precise reaction-note playback. A transport-only loop passed on the development Mac; creative editing and final audio require separate acceptance. Once installation works on this production Mac, run one clearly marked real film trial with me: v1 → customer comment → v2 → approval → download. Use my existing Final Cut/Resolve integration; save and reopen a real native project with media. A manifest/FCPXML alone is insufficient. Preserve originals and versions. I explicitly review and send; AI must not automatically deliver or approve.

Report briefly what was verified and what remains. Separate installation from the physical production trial. No passwords, tokens or raw customer media in the report.
